The shaving kit was not replaced. Luckily I could see that the shaving gell sachet was open and then realized the razor was also used. The earlier guest used it and kept it back to the shaving kit pack and the house keeping kept it back as it is.

The rooms allowed to us on the 4th floor was very unclean and old rooms. Even budget hotels would have better rooms. Room 415 and 430 had a very bad bathroom stench throughout our stay. The rooms badly needs updating and renovations. The carpet area in the 4th floor was so bad and unclean with stains throughout the corridor. It looked like rats are living there with holes in the carpet. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and a HYGIENE/HEALTH ISSUE. Carpets in lower floor looked updated and a bit cleaner. Please do not assign such rooms since this will badly damage the reputation of Booking.com and the hotel.

Didn’t eat at the hotel. Location is excellent. Person at front desk said they upgraded me - to two twin beds in a larger room from a large size bed in what they said was a smaller room than the one they “upgraded” me to.

The shower head was not clean. It had brown stuff around many of the holes through which the water came out. I took a pic and showed it to the person at the reception desk when I was checking out. The back of the toilet seat of the Toto toilet bowl was not clean in spots that were difficult to reach for cleaning. They might need to use some sort of spray to clean those parts. The rest of the room was fine.

Renovation work noise. Front desk asked me to adjust the constant drilling noise. The hotel somehow seemed old.

Such a beautiful hotel right near Cubbon Park and Church street. Spacious room will beautiful old wood furniture yet with full modern amenities - lots of power outlets, hot water in the shower, and even a bidet! Had an exceptional stay. And great value.

Maybe the quality of tea/coffee could be improved

The property uses technology to simplify your needs. The hotel also is located to the Church street where there are shops and pubs. It has a good Japanese resto inside, and lastly, their staff are very attentive to the customers’ needs.

Location is good. However, those who like a place with a few shops, restaurants, darshinis around might be disappointed, else it is a nice location Cubbon Park is close by, metro is a 4 to 5 minute walk, Broad pavements,

Old room and furniture, front desk lady wasn't pleasant

The property was dirty, I didn’t even want to step into the bath to have a shower. The staff were rude and unhelpful, extremely slow in doing what they said they would do. The furniture in the rooms were covered in stains and the air conditioner leaked water - when I told the staff, they looked at me blankly and walked away.

Food was delicious, fresh and safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free bottled water supplied as part of room hire, with daily replacements. Location is exceptional. Really appreciated the quiet room at night in spite of the hotels location near busy roads.

Interior requires a refresh, though the cleanliness of linen and the comfy beds and pillows were a pleasant contrast.

The location is very convenient - in the city center and proximity to nearby location convenient. Lot of good restaurants and eateries nearby.

There was a bathtub and somehow I find it extremely hazardous to shower in a bathtub - preference should be given for rooms that have a simple shower. Secondly, I prefer the wall mounted dispensers to the small individual bottles of shampoo, soap..... a much better option that is eco-friendly.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Had come for the wpl match as the stadium was within walking distance. Even though the match experience was not great, it was a great stay at the hotel which made my day.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Reasonably clean. Good breakfast spread.

Pillows were huge. There was no provision for thinner/softer pillows.

Location and the hotel itself, It was a calm and in a very good neighbour hood of Garden.Its also has many accesible market and malls.

Nothing in particular

As a multicultural couple from India and USA, we found it well balanced to our dietary demands. The staff was really helpful. Cleanliness was good but not the best. I did inform the Hotel staff about it. But this was only a minor issue, overall it is a really good pick if you want to visit Bangalore. Superb location and environment! Would visit again and recommend others as well

This was second time we stayed and room was terrible, old bathroom and toilet. Paid same money ordered same room, but completely different condition received.

I love bathroom and bathtub, sushi restaurant, bed and lift ?

Facilities are required renovations they are old as Russian October Revolution and remember Lenin alive
